From the 21st of September the innovative music education and talent development charity The Midi Music Company opened their sign-up for their online music courses. Ranging from: Keyboard Skills for Songwriting for 11 - 16 year olds, Intermediate Logic Pro X Music Production sessions fro 16+ and a YouTube One-Day Online Course. Spaces are available and you can sign up for courses below.
AYM (Aspiring Young Musicians) courses for 11-16 year olds, £40:
Students can learn to express and develop their musical skills in:
Keyboard Skills for Songwriting, learn keyboard skills from a songwriting and arranging perspective and develop knowledge of musical theory and techniques.
MC / Spoken Word, students develop their innate skills with language, using their voice to write powerful hooks and choruses.
Music Production, explore the fundamentals of making music with Ableton Live software. Students will be guided through set up, the basics of MIDI instruments through to sampling and recording.
